The members of the jury will be presented by the director of the festival.
There will be minimum three international members of the jury who will
have to respond to three conditions:

None of them can be involved at any manner in the selected movies,
their production, promotion or explotation.
The members of the jury have to be totally neutral, they will
deliberate secretly and could not express their opinions and ideas
about the selected movies before the official annoucement of the winners.
